We all are in troubles
A
We have lived too long in the world of fiction imposed on us and accepted by us.
It is not any longer possible to notice the reality we live in.
It is not possible to go beyond it; run into the world of pure artistic media.
At the same time we cannot afford the luxury of double life:
THE FICTITIOUS LIFE AND THE TRUE LIFE.
We are not able to separate life from art and art from life any longer.
B
WE ARTISTS are to think over the part we played in propagating the fictitious image of the world.
We are to think over contributions to creating the myth that justified the division into those who knew and instructed, those who were creators and those who were instructed.
C
What art do we need?
That does not construct the image of reality but PARTICIPATES that REACTS and does not describe.
Art of local consciousness of definite, REALLY EXISTING PEOPLE IN THEIR REAL WORLD that does not make division into artists creators and passive receivers.
ART THAT MAKES EVERY A CREATOR OF HIS OWN REALITY THAT HE ACCEPTS HIMSELF.
